Pay: We offer flat-rate pay of $20–$30 per hour based on experience and efficiency, along with consistent repair hours supported by clean disassembly and pre-ordered parts.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN AN AUTOMOTIVE COLLISION TECHNICIAN - BODY MAN
I-CAR, ASE, or OEM certifications (or willingness to obtain with company support), as well as experience with structural or welded repairs, are a plus. We just ask that you meet the following qualifications:
- Professional collision repair experience (A-Tech: advanced structural/metal repair skills; B-Tech: strong panel, body, and R&I skills)
- Ability to follow OEM procedures and produce quality work

YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR AUTOMOTIVE COLLISION TECHNICIAN - BODY MAN
The position is available either full-time or part-time, from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
In this role, you'll perform OEM-level collision repairs using our blueprinting process, manage supplements and parts needs, document work accurately, and ensure safety standards, including calibrations and test drives. You will maintain an organized work area and collaborate with the team to deliver consistent, high-quality results.
