Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled Data Reporting Analyst to join our team in New York, New York. Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain advanced dashboards and reports using Tableau to visualize and communicate critical business insights.
• Conduct detailed quantitative analyses across various domains, including revenue management, forecasting, and digital optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver customized data solutions.
• Present data findings through compelling visual narratives to support strategic decision-making.
• Utilize advanced SQL skills to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Take initiative in identifying opportunities for data-driven innovation and process improvement.
• Support data governance practices to ensure accuracy, security, and compliance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance data pipelines and systems, including tools like Snowflake and dbt.
• Apply knowledge of data modeling techniques using Python or R to develop predictive insights.
• Stay informed about industry trends in analytics and business intelligence to introduce new methodologies.• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in analytical roles, with expertise in quantitative analysis and dashboard creation.
• Proficiency in Tableau and Microsoft SQL, with strong communication skills to share technical knowledge.
• Exposure to multiple analytic domains, such as segmentation, assortment, and digital optimization.
• Strong relationship management and presentation skills, with the ability to create visually impactful reports.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and effectively manage ambiguity.
• Familiarity with data engineering tools like Snowflake, dbt, and airflow is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Python or R for data modeling and analysis is advantageous.
