RDR is seeking a Pump Operator to round out our Utility Line Repair and Maintenance Division.

Job Summary

  • Ability to rig up / rig down water transfer pumps, hoses, fittings, valves, piping, and other related equipment required per Company and Customer requirements.
  • Operate, inspect, and maintain water transfer pumps, hoses, fittings, valves, piping, and other related equipment required per Company and Customers.
  • Preform Pre-Inspections on all Water Transfer equipment prior to each use and report and issues promptly.
  • Monitor pump flow rates, suction and discharge pressures, and AST / Impoundments levels.
  • Follow and ensure others adhere to all Company and Customer SOPs.
  • Maintain accurate daily reports, hours, and documentation required by Company and Customers.
  • Identify job site hazards and/or issues and relay to management.
  • Maintain professional company appearance and organized jobsite.
  • Communicate and address emergency repairs promptly.
  • Communicate directly with management, customers, field inspectors, and/ or others.
  • Communicate clearly and work effectively as a team member.


Key Requirements

  • Valid Drivers License and clean driving record.
  • Ability to work in all types of weather.
  • Ability to work dayshift or nightshift.
  • Prior Oil & Gas – Water Transfer experience.
  • SAFELAND and/or PEC Certification.
