Compensation:
$100,000+ yearly
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to effectively promote property listings.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored real estate solutions.
- Conduct market analysis to determine competitive pricing and positioning of properties.
- Coordinate and host open houses and property showings to attract potential buyers.
- Negotiate offers and contracts, ensuring favorable terms for clients.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and feedback throughout the selling process.
- Utilize our comprehensive support system to generate and manage daily qualified leads efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications:
- Active Wisconsin Real Estate License, or currently enrolled in coursework to obtain one.
- Strong knowledge of Dane County and surrounding markets (or willingness to learn quickly).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients and teammates.
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously, with strong attention to detail.
- Confident using CRM systems, email, and phone outreach to manage leads and follow-up tasks.
- Comfortable with in-person client meetings, property showings, and open houses.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a client-first mindset.
- Self-motivated, accountable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work some evenings and weekends to accommodate client schedules.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
