We're seeking a used car sales representative who is passionate about sharing our high-quality automotive models' key features! Compensation:
$24,000 base plus commission
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and join customers on test drives from the dealership
- Display used car features, characteristics, options, and more throughout the auto sales process
- Uphold the dealership’s reputation for excellence by maintaining a professional appearance, whether in the showroom or attending sales meetings
- Answer questions related to auto sales contracts and financing options while coordinating with the sales manager and finance service department
- Leverage excellent customer service skills and negotiation skills to effectively close sales
- Welcome every guest with professionalism and genuine enthusiasm
- Learn each customer’s needs and match them with the right vehicle
- Create a comfortable, customer-first buying experience
- Conduct test drives and vehicle presentations with clarity and confidence
- Manage negotiations with honesty and a focus on long-term relationships

Qualifications:
- A valid, state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record is mandatory
- Stellar customer service skills, communication skills, and a high commitment to customer satisfaction are paramount
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required; a high school diploma or GED equivalent is mandatory
- Have an interest and knowledge in used car features, auto sales trends, car dealerships’ processes, financing options, and sales management
- A minimum of one year of experience working as a car sales representative or in related sales jobs is needed
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar high-trust sales role
- Strong communication skills and a professional presence
- A customer service mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to guide guests through the buying process clearly and respectfully
- Motivated, reliable, and committed to creating a positive experience
- CRM based communication skills and follow-up
