The successful candidate will serve as a liaison between business and technology teams, ensuring solutions align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

\n

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), process flows, and user stories
- Analyze existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders
- Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and user acceptance testing
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams
- Assist in implementation, validation, and production support activities

Qualifications
\n
\n

- 9+ years of Business Analysis experience
- Strong experience within Financial Services and/or Insurance domains
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience creating user stories, workflows, process maps, and business documentation
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
