We’re Paradise Juice, a locally owned juice bar serving Phoenix for 25 years with a passion for fresh ingredients, vibrant health, and community vibes. As we prepare to open the doors to our second location, in late 2025, we're looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and upbeat individuals to join our team!
Whether you’re a smoothie master, juice enthusiast, or just love creating good energy for customers, we’d love to meet you.

Job Type: Full Time
Start Date: Flexible
Pay: Best hourly pay in industry with quarterly bonuses based on store performance!
What You'll Do:

Make smoothies, juices, Acai bowls and other menu items to order

Manage store inventory and be responsible for ordering product through our suppliers

Prep fresh fruits, veggies, and other ingredients daily

Provide warm, welcoming customer service with a smile

Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Support your teammates and contribute to a positive environment

Help open or close the store (depending on shift)
What We're Looking For:

Friendly and outgoing personality is a MUST!

Management experience in a fast casual setting is highly preferred
-
Passion for health, wellness, or just a love of good food!

Strong work ethic and reliability

Food service or barista experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right people!

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask

Flexible availability (store hours are 7am-6pm 7 days a week)
