Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to support application design, development, integration, and deployment for enterprise-scale systems within an automotive OEM environment. This role involves building highquality, scalable web applications and services using React, Java, Spring Boot, and microservice architectures. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in an Agile team while collaborating across multiple project stakeholders.
This is an onsite position in Auburn Hills, MI
Responsibilities
Lead detailed design, development, unit testing, and integration of applications.
Produce scalable, secure, highquality code that meets functional and nonfunctional requirements.
Build configurable software services that integrate with enterprise service platforms.
Identify technical issues and coordinate resolutions with crossfunctional teams.
Apply secure development best practices and design patterns.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including system designs and data flow diagrams.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
Collaborate with project teams, architects, and business users throughout the development lifecycle.
Support functional and performance testing efforts.
Work closely with the technical delivery lead on project planning and execution.
Ensure deliverables are completed within defined timelines.
Design, develop, deploy, test, and maintain enterprisescale technical assets (web applications, databases, containers, IAM, APIs, infrastructure, and networks).
Required Qualifications
Minimum 7+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in web service development and integration.
Strong handson experience designing and developing applications in automotive OEM environments.
Solid understanding of enterprise services, microservice architecture, and Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) concepts.
Experience working in Agile teams and participating in Agile ceremonies.
Strong communication skills, with ability to interface with business analysts, architects, and team members.
Technical Skills
Frontend / UI
Strong experience developing crossplatform, hybrid web applications using:
React, JavaScript, DOM, JSON, Redux, Flux, Saga
React componentcontainer patterns, styled components, Storybook
Experience building reusable component libraries.
Fundamental understanding of microfrontend architecture.
Experience implementing UI/UX designs and resolving UI defects.
Backend / Services
Strong experience with Java/J2SE 8 and core APIs.
Handson experience building RESTful services with Spring Boot.
Experience developing and deploying microservices.
Knowledge of Oauth2, OIDC, JWT, and other web security standards.
Working experience with Hibernate, HQL, Spring Data, Spring Security.
Databases
Strong experience with relational databases such as Oracle or MySQL.
Tools & Platforms
Experience with IDEs such as Eclipse, IntelliJ, or Visual Studio.
Experience with DevOps in cloud environments is a plus.
Experience with Liferay Portal technology is a significant plus.
Codeworks discloses that the anticipated hourly pay range for this position is between $45 and $50. This range is subject to change based on job-related factors, including client requirements where applicable.
