Job Description

Keep Riders on the Road. Keep the Dream Alive.

About the Role

At our Harley-Davidson dealership, the Parts & Accessories Associate is more than just a parts counter role - it’s about being the trusted connection between riders, technicians, and the machines they love. You’ll help riders find the perfect parts and gear, support our Service Technicians to get bikes back on the road, and keep our Parts Department running smoothly and efficiently.

If you’ve got a passion for motorcycles, a knack for problem-solving, and a people-first attitude, this is your chance to join a team where every day feels like a new ride.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist walk-in riders and call-in customers by helping them identify the right parts, accessories, and upgrades for their Harley-Davidson.
  • Support Service Technicians and Advisors with accurate, timely parts requests to keep jobs moving smoothly.
  • Recommend related parts or accessories to enhance the rider’s experience and the bike’s performance.
  • Keep parts and accessories displays stocked, organized, and visually appealing to showcase the best of Harley-Davidson.
  • Handle transactions efficiently and accurately - cash, card, or catalog look-ups - with a professional, friendly approach.
  • Maintain accurate records, help with inventories, and ensure the department stays clean, organized, and efficient.
  • Stay connected with customers by pointing out specials, new arrivals, and promotions.
  • Represent the dealership brand with a positive, approachable, and customer-focused attitude every time.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience with point-of-sale and inventory software (or the ability to learn quickly).
  • Knowledge of motorcycle parts and mechanics - especially Harley-Davidson - or the willingness and drive to learn.
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively while keeping each rider’s experience personal.
  • Comfort with physical demands: standing for long periods, occasional bending/lifting up to 40 lbs., and moving through a busy shop environment.
  • Professional appearance and organizational skills that reflect pride in the Harley-Davidson brand.

Why You’ll Love It Here

  • Work in a high-energy, rider-driven environment surrounded by Harley-Davidson culture every day.
  • Be a key part of the service and riding experience, helping customers and teammates alike.
  • Ongoing Harley-Davidson University training to grow your expertise and career.
  • A team that values family, freedom, and the open road as much as you do.

Working Conditions

  • On-your-feet role inside the service and parts environment.
  • May be exposed to noise, fumes, gasoline, and common service department chemicals.
