Lead Irrigation Technician

Brentwood, TN | $24–$30/hr | Full-Time, Year-Round

Color Burst Landscapes is growing and seeking a Lead-Level Irrigation Technician ready to take ownership of diagnostics, repairs, and field leadership. This role is ideal for a seasoned tech who enjoys mentoring others and wants a clear path into supervision.

What You’ll Do:

Serve as the lead expert for irrigation diagnostics and repairs
Support and guide field crews across residential and commercial sites
Optimize smart controllers (Hunter, Rain Bird) for performance and efficiency
Communicate recommendations clearly to clients
Maintain accurate digital service records

What We’re Looking For:

4+ years of irrigation service or repair experience
Strong troubleshooting and leadership instincts
Ability to train and support junior technicians
Valid driver’s license
