We are currently interviewing bartenders at The '401 Table and Tap. We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic and commitment to customer service to join us in our high-energy, family-friendly, community-oriented restaurant.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining bar cleanliness and organization while keeping bar areas stocked.
- Preparation of fresh squeezed juice, specialty drinks, and other mixers.
- Preparation of drink garnishes which involves cutting various fruits and vegetables.
- Preparation of cocktails, beers, and beverages for waitstaff.
- Directly serving immediate bar area.
- Occasionally assisting with inventory count.
- Adhere to specific recipes and responsible serving standards.
Requirements:
- A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant staff.
- Willingness to work with others.
- Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry preferred.
- Food Handlers Certification.
- TABC Certification.
- Ability to provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Performs high-quality work while unsupervised.
- Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
- Willing to follow instructions and ask questions for clarification if needed.
