Job DescriptionAt Sanders & Johnson, Inc. in Littleton, CO, we're searching for a full-time HVAC Warehouse Manager. We offer a pay range of $30 – $35 per hour (depending on experience) and a robust benefits package including:Company-sponsored retirement plan with matchPTO, sick leave, vacation time, and paid holidaysHealth, dental, and vision insuranceLife and AD&D insuranceTraining and advancement opportunitiesDirect depositDog-friendly office and a team with a sense of humorAs an HVAC Warehouse Manager, you'll work a steady, full-time schedule from Monday through Friday, ensuring you have your weekends free and a predictable routine.YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR HVAC WAREHOUSE MANAGERAs our HVAC Warehouse Manager, you will oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of HVAC and plumbing materials and equipment, always keeping efficiency and organization in mind. Your day will begin by tracking inventory levels using technology, automating the process as much as possible, and conducting cycle counts to ensure accuracy. You'll receive and verify incoming shipments, inspect for damage, and report any issues promptly. As you pick, stage, and prepare parts for technicians and installation crews, you will communicate with management about material availability and the status of pending orders. You will maintain a clean and safe warehouse, design controls to prevent shrinkage, optimize bin locations, and manage returns to supply houses.
