What You’ll Bring:
Proven Legal Expertise
3+ years of experience in a legal support role, with hands-on exposure to commercial and business transactions.
An exceptional ability to analyze and navigate complex legal challenges with sound judgment.
Document & Drafting Excellence
Comfort drafting, editing, and proofreading legal documents with precision.
Strong aptitude for managing and organizing client documents and case files.
Tech & Research Proficiency
Proficiency with essential software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Confidence navigating legal technology and digital document systems.
Professional Credentials
California paralegal certificate or paralegal certification required.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Client & Communication Strength
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
A client-focused mindset—empathetic, polished, and professional at all times.
Attention to Detail & Initiative
Highly organized, accurate, and calm under pressure.
