This is an excellent opportunity for an emerging project management professional to gain hands-on experience in a mission-driven, fast-paced legal technology environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Coordination & Delivery

  • Assist in the planning, scheduling, and tracking of project milestones, tasks, and deliverables across active initiatives
  • Lead select projects supporting our current environment while also engaged in future platform initiatives.

  • Monitor project timelines and proactively flag risks, delays, or blockers to the Senior Project Manager
  • Support the coordination of sprint ceremonies in an Agile environment, including daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Track action items and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion

Stakeholder Communication

  • Prepare and distribute weekly project status reports, meeting notes, and executive summaries
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, demos, and working sessions across internal teams and external vendors
  • Act as a communication bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, and implementation partners
  • Maintain organized project documentation in SharePoint and other collaboration platforms

Vendor & Implementation Support

  • Support the management of vendor deliverables, timelines, and contractual milestones for key technology initiatives
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) logistics, tester scheduling, and defect tracking
  • Help manage go-live readiness checklists, mock cutover plans, and hypercare support coordination

Documentation & Reporting

  • Support the development of change management communications and training materials
  • Compile and analyze project metrics to support reporting to leadership and steering committees

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of progressive experience in project coordination and project management, with enterprise-wide software implementations
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools such as Teams and SharePoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable preparing summaries and status updates for varied audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Proactive, self-starter mindset with a strong sense of accountability and follow-through

Preferred

  • Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM platforms (experience in Salesforce implementations a plus)
  • Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or Microsoft Project
  • Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies; CAPM, PMP, or Scrum certification in progress or completed
  • Prior experience in a legal, healthcare, public sector, or nonprofit environment
  • Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and technology implementation processes
  • Must work on-site Monday–Thursday; Friday optional remote
