We specialize in healthcare management technology and offer a suite of utilization management software solutions for our clients. Our mission is to improve the quality of care and expedite the delivery of health care services by advancing and automating utilization management processes. We are based in Parsippany, NJ, with clients across the United States. As we grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated, independent Software Engineer to help analyze, design, and modify business needs and requirements.
Job Overview
The Software Engineer will be responsible for the full development cycle, end-to-end, from design, implementation, and testing to documentation, delivery, and maintenance. This is a “hands-on” position requiring solid technical skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must be capable of working independently and collaboratively.
- Frontend (Angular):
- Develop responsive, modular components using Angular (v8+), RxJS, and form validation.
- Implement dynamic dashboards, patient-facing interfaces, and secure workflows.
- Backend (.NET Core):
- Build RESTful APIs and microservices with .NET Core for critical healthcare data flows.
- Integrate business logic with identity providers, RBAC, and audit-compliant architecture.
- Database (SQL Server):
- Designed and optimized stored procedures, indexes, and ETL scripts for high-volume data.
- Ensured PHI protection through encryption, masking, and secure access controls.
- Cloud (Azure):
- Deployed applications using Azure App Services, Key Vault, and Azure DevOps pipelines.
- Utilized Azure SQL, Storage, and monitoring tools for reliability and compliance.
- Agile Collaboration & Ownership:
- Led features from design to deployment in Agile sprints, collaborating with QA, PMs, and business analysts.
- Participated in code reviews, mentoring, and continuous improvement practices.
- Healthcare Compliance & Domain Focus:
- Developed HIPAA-compliant modules and integrated with EMR/EHR systems.
- Prioritized data accuracy, uptime, and patient safety across all layers of the stack.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in Angular, Microsoft .NET, Framework 4.0 OR above, C#, ASP.NET Core, ADO.NET, Web API, MS SQL.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Flexible, team player, “get-it-done” personality.
- Ability to organize and plan work independently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to multitask and context-switch effectively between different activities and teams
- Able to train peers, software engineers, and support team members.
- Able to work in our office in Parsippany, NJ,
- Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship, preferred
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience required,
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in a computer-related field.
