Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service that keeps people coming back.
- Handle shipping, packing, printing, mailbox rentals, and small business support.
- Solve customer challenges with creativity and critical thinking.
- Process transactions accurately and keep the store welcoming and organized.
Qualifications
- Experience in high-interaction customer service (e.g., bartending, restaurant service, or specialized retail like hardware or pet stores).
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable with technology and eager to master new systems.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Schedule
