Coordinates all training and development programs, ensuring the correct standards are followed at the store.
Keeps abreast of new research and developments relating to nails industrial.
Ensures accurate maintenance of all records necessary for staffing and operations.
Maintains records of all activities, especially Guest complaints, Guest's comments, and to oversee operation all around outlet to ensure the level of professionalism is maintained at all times.
Assist Store Manager in controls and monitors all administrative, financial and sales operations under Company/ Corporate's guidelines.
Assist Store Manager prepares monthly reports on all management aspects, to include statistical analysis of participation of employee, store month end inventory and Guest centric.
Holding meetings and briefings when needed.
Gives feedback and communicates with the store manager regarding the staffing, guest service.
Customer Service
Provides the appropriate level of professional, courteous, and caring service to other employees (internal customers) and other visitors to the division.
Ensures all employees provide a courteous and professional service at all times.
Handles guest and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, handling and recording complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst feeding back a prompt follow up. Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.Financial
Maximizes employee productivity through the use of multi-skilling, multi-tasking and flexible scheduling to meet the financial goals of the business as well as the expectations of the guests.
Ensures that your store operational budget is in line
Implements and monitors all systems of stock control and inventory for all operating areas in the store.Marketing
Greets VIP guests and potential membership clientele and conduct tours as necessary.
Attends company's promotional parties and activities as required.Operational
Ensures the smooth and efficient running of the operation areas of the store through effective supervision.
Assist in prepares maintenance and cleaning schedules.
Prepares employee hours via roster with regards to peak/low periods in accordance with the recognized business season.
Records and follow-up any recognized maintenance requirement in equipment as they occur. Assist in prepare a monthly report on all aspects of the store operation
Maintains careful and diligent security control of the store and surrounding public areas with regards to the persons and property therein. Records any such incidents as required.
Ensures all Policy and Procedures concerning lost property, incident reports and guest complaints are observed.
Ensures through effective management teamwork and efficient supervision that all services offered within the Plush store are available and executed with the utmost efficiency and courtesy as per the set standards.
Assist with organization and programming of all events including the procurement of sponsorship as required.
Assist with all aspect of administration, reception, cleaner, technician duties as required.
All the other assignments if needed.
