Graul's Market has been serving the Baltimore area since the 1920's. We are a specialty gourmet market focusing on service to our customers and offering a quality product.

• Must have reliable transportation since we are NOT on the light rail or bus route.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule which includes working, day and afternoon shifts and Saturdays and rotating Sundays.

Job Summary:
We’re seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Meat & Seafood Clerk-Part Time, to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers, prepare and package meat and seafood products, and ensure freshness, cleanliness, and safety in the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with meat and seafood selections and special orders
• Weigh, cut, wrap, and label meat and seafood products accurately
• Maintain product displays, coolers, and work areas according to safety standards
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Perform daily cleaning of equipment and prep areas

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in meat, seafood, or kitchen/cook roles
• Prior experience in meat, and seafood, or as a cook experience
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working in cold environments
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
