In this role, you will coordinate daily site activities, manage construction teams, ensure adherence to safety standards, and maintain project schedules and budgets. Your expertise in blueprint reading, and project scheduling will be vital to delivering high-quality results efficiently. Responsibilities

• Supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications and schematics.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to align schedules, resources, and objectives.
• Conduct regular site inspections to enforce safety protocols in compliance with OSHA standards and promote a culture of safety among all team members.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings accurately to guide the workforce effectively.
• Oversee quality control measures to ensure work meets company standards and contractual requirements.
• Manage project budgets by tracking costs and implementing cost-saving strategies without compromising quality.
• Utilize construction site experience combined with management skills to supervise teams effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of OSHA requirements and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in supervising projects.
• Extensive knowledge of construction site operations, safety standards (OSHA), blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and quality control procedures.
• Supervising experience leading diverse teams on active construction sites with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Skilled in budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
