Job DescriptionDescriptionA growing home services company in Orem, Utah is hiring an HVAC Service Technician to run residential service and maintenance calls across the Utah Valley. This is a full time, year round role with a stable customer base, a company vehicle, and strong earning potential through service and replacement opportunities. Key Responsibilities
• Run residential HVAC service and maintenance calls from dispatch to close
• Diagnose and repair furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps
• Perform tune ups and preventative maintenance on residential systems
• Present repair and replacement options clearly and honestly to homeowners
• Keep the company vehicle, tools, and inventory organized and stocked
• Document work performed and collect payment at the point of service
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
• 2 or more years of residential HVAC service experience preferred
• EPA 608 certification
• Comfortable diagnosing both heating and cooling systems
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
