The Opportunity

Collaborate directly with seasoned partners and sophisticated clients on:

  • Complex business disputes, from initial strategy through resolution.

What We're Looking For

  • 2-6 years of hands-on experience in general business litigation, backed by outstanding academic achievements.
  • Active California bar admission.
  • Sharp analytical abilities and creative problem-solving prowess.
  • Superior writing and communication skills to articulate complex arguments effectively.
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
  • Self-motivated with a knack for excelling in a team-oriented setting.

How We Invest in You

  • Origination bonus: Earn 15% of monthly collections on matters you originate, empowering you to cultivate your own client base.
  • Billable expectations and generous production bonus: A manageable 1,750 annual hours target, with rewards for excellence—including a 5% base salary bonus at 1,800 hours, plus 40% of your billing rate for every hour beyond 1,800.
  • Business development support: Ample funding and encouragement for networking and marketing efforts at all levels.
  • Mentorship excellence: Our high partner-to-associate ratio ensures personalized guidance, with associates working side-by-side with partners on all aspects of meaningful cases from the start.
