Job Title: CST – Operating Room (Travel)
Location: Omaha, NE
Duration: 13 weeks (Temp to Hire)
Schedule: Nights (4x10)

Monday- Thursday (18:30-06:30/22:30-07:00)

Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Prepare operating rooms and surgical equipment before procedures.
• Maintain sterile technique throughout surgical procedures.
• Assist surgeons and other members of the surgical team during procedures.
• Prepare and pass surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment as needed.
• Ensure surgical instruments and equipment are properly sterilized and available.
• Assist with room turnover and preparation for subsequent procedures.
• Follow hospital policies, infection-control standards, and patient-safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate knowledge of surgical instruments and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with surgeons, nurses, anesthesia staff, and other members of the OR team.

Requirements

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) experience.
• Previous Operating Room/OR experience required.
• Ability to work night shifts and a Monday–Thursday schedule.
• Must be comfortable working in a children's/pediatric hospital environment.
• Must meet all facility-specific credentialing and compliance requirements.
