Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will handle litigation cases, providing expert legal advice and representation to our clients. The Attorney will be responsible for managing case files, conducting legal research, and advocating for clients in court, ensuring that all legal processes are followed effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in litigation matters in court and other legal proceedings
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts
  • Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy
  • Communicate and negotiate with opposing counsel and other parties
  • Advise clients on legal rights and obligations and potential risks
  • Manage case timelines, deadlines, and client communications
  • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting case outcomes

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active state bar license
  • Proven experience in litigation with a strong track record
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in Commercial Litigation, Business Torts, and Contract Disputes is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
