Part-Time Lifestyle Director – Active Adult Community (16 Hours/Week Onsite)
Howell, New Jersey

Are you energetic, organized, and passionate about creating engaging experiences for active adults? Our well-established Active Adult community in Howell, NJ, is seeking a Part-Time Lifestyle Director to plan, coordinate, and lead social, recreational, and wellness programming for residents. Salary: $28hr

Schedule:
16 hours per week (onsite, flexible schedule including some evenings or weekends for events)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and oversee community events, activities, and clubs
  • Develop monthly calendars, newsletters, and resident communications
  • Coordinate vendors, instructors, and entertainers
  • Manage activity budget and track expenses
  • Encourage resident involvement and build a vibrant community atmosphere
  • Work collaboratively with management and the Board

Qualifications:

  • Experience in event planning, recreation, hospitality, or community programming preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Friendly, outgoing, and customer-service oriented
  • Proficient with email, flyers, and basic computer programs
  • Ability to lift light supplies and set up events as needed
