HHM CPAs is seeking an M&A Manager to assist with all aspects of transaction engagements. A background in public accounting is preferred, along with relevant credentials such as a CVA, but is not required.This role will be onsite in Memphis, TN.Your ResponsibilitiesLead both buy-side and sell side transactionsPrepare and analyze Quality of Earnings (QoE) reports, profitability, working capital, and cash flowReview detailed financial records, income statements, balance sheetsValidate EBITDA adjustments and evaluate riskConduct research and statistical analysisYour QualificationsStrong understanding of financial statements, Quality of Earnings (QoE), due diligence, bank underwritingStrong GAAP expertiseAdvanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word skillsStrong organizational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple projectsOne of the following designations is preferred: ASA, ABV, CVA, AVA, or CBA.CPA license is a plus
