Role Overview:

  • Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on vehicle systems (drivability, electrical, HVAC, engine, drivetrain, brakes).
  • Oversee shop operations and mentor technicians.
  • Ensure safety and quality in fleet maintenance.
  • Collaborate with site managers on planning, scheduling, and inventory needs.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience.
  • ASE Master Technician Certification (L1 preferred).
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Ability to diagnose and repair gas-powered vehicles.
  • Familiarity with shop software and Excel.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts and lift up to 75 lbs.
