Role Overview:
- Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on vehicle systems (drivability, electrical, HVAC, engine, drivetrain, brakes).
- Oversee shop operations and mentor technicians.
- Ensure safety and quality in fleet maintenance.
- Collaborate with site managers on planning, scheduling, and inventory needs.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience.
- ASE Master Technician Certification (L1 preferred).
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Ability to diagnose and repair gas-powered vehicles.
- Familiarity with shop software and Excel.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts and lift up to 75 lbs.
