Job DescriptionFront Desk Receptionist | San Diego, CA (North County)
LHH is partnering with a highly respected healthcare network in San Diego to hire a Front Desk Receptionist. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about helping others and thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

Schedule Details:
- Full-Time | 40 hours/week | 5 days/week
- Shifts vary Monday-Sunday between 6:30 AM – 10:30 PM, including weekends
- Flexibility required to drive between San Diego locations, as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Answer and route calls using a multi-line phone system
- Manage appointment scheduling and office calendar
- Handle patient check-in and check-out procedures
- Support clerical tasks: data entry, filing, scanning, faxing, and printing
- Communicate effectively with medical staff and patients
Qualifications:
- Healthcare experience is a plus—but not required
- Background in front desk, customer service or related fields preferred
- Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet/database tools
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
