Help power a high‑performing manufacturing environment by guiding people, processes, and equipment toward reliable, safe, and efficient operation.

What you’ll tackle
- Maintenance Support: Coordinate preventive and predictive work, triage emergencies, and balance internal and vendor resources.
- Project Ownership: Identify, plan, and lead projects from scope and budget to installation and handoff.
- Process Improvements: Streamline workflows, documentation, and spare‑parts practices to cut downtime.
- Leadership: Set clear goals, remove obstacles, and model disciplined, safe maintenance behaviors.
- Personnel Management: Delegate effectively, coordinate schedules, coach technicians, and conduct performance reviews.
- IMSU/EHS: Uphold IMSU requirements and EHS standards; maintain procedures, permits, and audit readiness.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree (4‑year) in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 6–8 years in Maintenance; proven leadership preferred; manufacturing exposure is a plus.
- Expertise in process improvement, planning, decision making, and quality management systems.
- People leadership with strengths in delegation, coordination, and coaching.
- Analytical mindset with creative problem‑solving skills.
- Clear, confident communication—written and verbal.
- Self‑starter who operates effectively with autonomy.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office and a maintenance management software/CMMS.
Key systems and scope
- Mechanical equipment and components common to industrial operations.
- Electrical distribution and controls, including high and low voltage systems.
- Maintenance planning and scheduling within a CMMS environment.
