<h3>Job Description</h3>
Job DescriptionMasterTech is on the search for experienced Diesel Mechanics in the Midland TX area. Mechanics will be responsible for the maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of a diverse line of heavy equipment in a shop and field service environment. Compensation: 
<ul>
<li>$30.00 - $48.00/hour+ based on experience, training, certifications, etc. </li>

Shift: 
<ul>
<li>Day shift, roughly 7AM - 4PM, (Monday to Friday). Overtime available. </li>
</ul>
Key Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>3 or more years of experience as a Diesel Mechanic, or completion of a Diesel Technology/Mechanic program. </li>
<li>Good understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. </li>
<li>Able to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. </li>
<li>Proficient with diagnostic scanning tools. </li>
<li>Welding experience is preferred. </li>
<li>Working knowledge on construction, earth moving, forestry, mining, landscaping, etc., equipment is preferred. </li>
