Job Title: Maintenance Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead and support a team of 12–15 maintenance professionals in a 24/7 manufacturing environment. This role will start hands-on to learn the equipment, production lines, and processes, then transition to a more hands-off leadership role focused on planning, reliability, and team development. The ideal candidate has strong manufacturing experience, is comfortable being on the floor, and can effectively balance day-to-day execution with longer-term maintenance strategy.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a maintenance team of 12–15 technicians.
- Be hands-on initially to understand equipment, production lines, and processes.
- Oversee preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
- Support troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical issues as needed.
- Coordinate maintenance activities to support a 24/7 operation.
- Partner closely with Production and Engineering to minimize downtime.
- Help prioritize work orders, PMs, and breakdown response.
- Ensure safe work practices and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with equipment and systems such as conveyors, formers, furnaces, die machines, and general manufacturing and material handling equipment.
- Equivalent degree or schooling in a related field.
- Familiarity with Six Sigma practices.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $115000.00/yr.
