Merchandiser – Women's Athleisure (Onsite, West Hollywood)
Full-time | $90,000–$120,000
We are partnered with a fast-growing women's athleisure / lifestyle brand WeHo in looking for a Merchandiser to own their product mix across E-commerce, Retail, and Wholesale.
What You'll Do
- Own seasonal assortments and line plans (core, capsules, collabs)
- Recommend SKU count, depth, and launch cadence by channel
- Analyze performance by style/color/size and drive decisions on winners vs cuts
- Partner with Planning on buys and OTB, and with E-com/Marketing on what to hero
- Track and improve key KPIs: sell-through, revenue per style, and inventory health
What You Bring
- 3–7+ years in merchandising or buying for women's apparel
- Athleisure/active, contemporary, or lifestyle strongly preferred
- Hands-on experience owning assortments and category performance
- Strong Excel / retail math and comfort making data-backed calls
- Experience working cross-functionally with Design, Planning, and E-com
