What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage all daily operations of the service department

• Drive customer satisfaction and maintain high CSI scores

• Oversee service advisors, technicians, and support staff

• Ensure efficient workflow, scheduling, and repair order management

• Act as the main liaison between customers, technicians, and management

• Monitor department performance, productivity, and profitability

• Ensure compliance with dealership policies, manufacturer standards, and safety regulations

• Handle warranty administration and manufacturer relationships

• Coach, train, and develop service department employees

• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Service Manager or Assistant Service Manager

• Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Proven ability to manage teams and drive results

• Solid understanding of automotive service operations and systems

• Tech-savvy and comfortable with dealership software

• Ability to work independently and lead by example

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Positive, professional attitude with a passion for excellence
