Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of experience in field installation and repair services (cable, satellite TV, phone, or internet)
• Strong customer service orientation with in-home support experience
• Familiarity with fiber optic networks and outside plant facilities (buried/aerial)
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair internet and phone services
• Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in various weather conditions
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Technically inclined with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) installations
• Exposure to bucket truck operations and ladder safety
• Knowledge of provisioning and maintaining outside plant infrastructure
• Previous experience in telecommunications or utility services

Key responsibilities: • Perform fiber-to-the-home installations in residential and commercial settings • Troubleshoot and repair internet and phone services • Maintain and provision outside plant facilities, including aerial and buried fiber networks • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through professional and efficient service • Manage daily work assignments within a designated geographical area • Adhere to safety protocols and contribute to a safety-focused culture • Adapt to evolving technologies, methods, and procedures • Occasionally travel to support service delivery in other regions
