Inspired Homecare is seeking reliable and compassionate Home Health Aides to support a client in the Bartlett area. We are looking for CNAs who are committed to providing safe, respectful, and high‑quality care in the home setting.
Schedule

3 twelve‑hour shifts per week

Rotating schedules

Day or night availability depending on client needs
Requirements

Current CNA license in the State of Illinois

Reliable transportation and ability to commute to the client's home in Bartlett

Comfortable working with dementia patients

Experience using a Hoyer lift

Dependable, professional, and patient‑focused
About the Role
The Home Health Aide will assist with:

Personal care and ADLs
-
Safe transfers using a Hoyer lift
-
Dementia‑appropriate communication and support
-
Light household tasks related to patient care

Monitoring and reporting changes in condition
