Our team generates over 500 new leads for both buyers and sellers each week, resulting in numerous qualified appointments. Join our firm at the ground level as we establish our presence in Charleston and the surrounding areas.

Compensation:
$96,000 - $175,000 at plan yearly
Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Leverage our extensive lead generation system to connect with prospective buyers and sellers.
- Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings and attract potential buyers.
- Negotiate offers and contracts, ensuring favorable terms for clients.
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies for property listings.
- Stay informed about local real estate market trends to provide clients with up-to-date insights.
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions to enhance your sales skills and industry knowledge, fostering personal and professional growth within our team environment.
Qualifications:
- Must have SC or NC Real Estate license.
- Experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.
- Ability to engage and build rapport with clients, understanding their needs to provide tailored real estate solutions.
- Proven track record of leveraging lead generation systems to connect with prospective buyers and sellers effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for clients in offers and contracts.
- Ability to conduct property showings and open houses, showcasing listings to attract potential buyers.
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends, providing clients with up-to-date insights and advice.
- Experience in collaborating with teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies for property listings is a plus, but not required.
