A small, highly respected marital and family law boutique in Fort Lauderdale — led by a Board Certified Marital & Family Law Attorney — is seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join its growing practice.
This is a strong opportunity for an attorney who wants meaningful responsibility, sophisticated cases, and a stable long‑term platform within a tight‑knit, well‑run firm.
Key Expectations
- 125 billable hours per month
- In‑office role, with limited hybrid flexibility (approximately once per week)
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $130,000 – $165,000
- 20% origination bonus on collected fees (bonus eligibility requires meeting monthly billable minimums)
- Health insurance: 100% paid for the employee
- Short‑term disability, long‑term disability, and life insurance
- 401(k) with 4% firm match
- 20 days of PTO annually (PTO is paid, but monthly billable requirements still apply)
