How You Will Make An Impact
- Lead end-to-end delivery of a major Workload Mobility initiative involving data center migration and application recovery certification
- Manage Recovery Groups consisting of applications and their direct dependencies (databases, WebSphere, MQ, shared services)
- Oversee planned migration validation processes and coordinate weekend certification efforts
- Drive execution of data center migration from NJC/WFC environments to alternate active data centers
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, resource coordination, and risk mitigation strategies
- Communicate project health, risks, and executive-level updates to leadership and stakeholders
- Coordinate across infrastructure, application, database, and middleware teams to ensure technical alignment
- Oversee testing, validation, and post-migration stabilization activities
- Utilize tools such as Microsoft Project, ServiceNow/SPM, and Jira to manage program tracking and reporting
Are you a proven IT Infrastructure Project Leader ready to drive enterprise migration initiatives?
- 10+ years of IT Project Management experience in enterprise environments
- Proven experience leading data center migrations, workload mobility, or infrastructure transformation programs
- Strong technical background with understanding of:
- Application dependencies
- Databases
- WebSphere
- MQ
- Shared enterprise services
- Experience managing production change windows, including nights and weekends
- Ability to manage cross-functional technical teams with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset
- Strong risk management and issue resolution skills in high-pressure environments
- Experience with ServiceNow/SPM, Jira, and Microsoft Project
- Financial services or highly regulated industry experience preferred
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred
