Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

<li>Prior GM experience of at least 2 years</li>
<li>Prior experience in a full-service dining environment</li>
<li>Great personality with high energy and positive attitude&nbsp;</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and a hands-on management mindset</li>
<li>Experience in high volume setting-between $3-$5 million</li>
<li>A good understanding of company culture and taking care of employees</li>
