$23–$35/hour + travel reimbursement | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No evenings or weekends
This position may work across ARCH Orthodontics' six locations: Bridgewater, Canton, Hyde Park, Westwood, Hyannis, and Orleans. Travel pay and mileage reimbursement provided.

What You'll Do
As an Orthodontic Assistant, you'll help provide an exceptional patient experience while supporting the orthodontist and clinical team. Your day may include:

Assisting the orthodontist during patient procedures and appointments

Taking digital X-rays, scans, and patient records

Preparing and sterilizing instruments and treatment rooms

Educating patients on orthodontic appliances and oral hygiene

Maintaining accurate patient documentation

Helping patients feel comfortable, welcomed, and confident throughout treatment
What We're Looking For

Current Massachusetts Dental Assistant License

X-ray certification required

Orthodontic assisting experience preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Positive attitude and strong team-oriented mindset

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy clinical environment
