CAD Engineering Supervisor – Lebanon, TN
 
Aegis Worldwide is partnering with a leading manufacturing client in the Lebanon, TN area to hire a CAD Engineering Supervisor. This is a great opportunity for a technical leader who enjoys mentoring teams, driving design excellence, and collaborating across departments.
 
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Lead and oversee the daily activities of the CAD team</li>
<li>Serve as the CAD subject matter expert for the organization</li>
<li>Review, edit, and approve design drawings to ensure accuracy and quality</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams on a variety of products and design initiatives</li>
<li>Support new product development and continuous improvement efforts</li>
<li>Present design concepts, updates, and recommendations to upper management and stakeholders</li>
<li>Ensure adherence to company and industry standards</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Design, or related field preferred</li>
<li>Strong background in CAD design within a manufacturing environment</li>
<li>Proven leadership or supervisory experience</li>
<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior-level stakeholders</li>
<li>Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and efficiency</li>
