Job Details



What You Will Be Doing

Handling sophisticated business and commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts.
Drafting legal memoranda, motions, briefs, and discovery for complex litigation.
Managing depositions, client communications, and components of case strategy.
Working directly with partners and senior litigators on high‑impact matters.
Balancing an active litigation docket while maintaining 2 remote days per week.

Skills You Need

2–4 years (Associate I) or 5–6 years (Associate II) of business litigation experience.
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
Knowledge of federal and state court practice.
Federal clerkship experience preferred.
Top academic credentials with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
