Job Summary:
OGX is seeking engaging interactive and improvisational Guest Experience Performers to take on the roles of Sweet Seekers guiding guests through our "Hershey Super Sweet Adventure" experience, a lively adventure filled with scripted interactive moments inspired by iconic Hershey’s brands. Sweet Seekers will assist with entertaining Guests while also preserving the theming of the space. Sweet Seekers must be comfortable improvising and creating dynamic interactions, helping to shape memorable experiences for each guest. Must be talented, high-energy non-equity actors for interactive and improvisational roles in a fun, immersive experience.
This temporary role is expected to run through September 2025. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has public speaking and improvisational skills for themed presentations. This part-time position may be scheduled up to four (4) days OR 26 hours per week.
This part time position pays $19.50 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Learn and perform character driven storytelling as playing the role of Sweet Seeker
- Interact with Guests to ensure they have the best experience possible
- Maintain cleanliness of the exhibit including sweeping floors, wiping down exhibits, and removing trash around the venue
- Keep exhibits clean and free of smudges or fingerprints
- Ensure Guests are behaving safely inside the experience by enforcing safety rules
- Complete daily and weekly inspection checklists
- Ensure all health and safety protocols are followed; work with staff stations in venue to ensure all areas are supplied with disinfectants and preventative materials (wipes, masks, gloves & sanitizers)
- Answer questions about the experience
- Jump in to support exhibit operations and perform duties as needed to ensure best experience to Guests
- Additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary standing position more than 75% of the time
- Must be able to move freely about inside the exhibit space
- Constantly positions self to clean and maintain exhibit equipment
- Frequently lifts and moves items / equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to commit to a minimum of two shifts, one of which must be on a weekend day
- Able to work a variable schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Your experience:
- Experience with entertainment elements, such as public speaking, acting/theater, or other entertainment spheres
- Some Previous experience with show elements such as lighting, audio, and/or visual
- High school diploma (or its equivalent), some college is preferred (current students welcome to apply)
