The ideal candidate is highly dependable, detail-oriented, and experienced in luxury residential construction. They must be able to effectively manage subcontractors, coordinate daily jobsite activity, uphold construction standards, and maintain a clean, professional, and efficient jobsite environment. This role requires someone who takes pride in craftsmanship and understands the level of precision required to deliver distinctive custom homes.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily field operations on luxury custom home projects

Coordinate and manage subcontractors, deliveries, and jobsite workflow

Maintain project schedules and help ensure timely completion of work

Monitor workmanship and enforce Client quality standards

Keep jobsites clean, organized, safe, and professionally maintained

Identify and resolve field issues proactively and communicate progress clearly with the project management team
Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in residential construction supervision

Strong background in high-end custom home construction

Thorough understanding of residential construction methods, sequencing, and quality standards

Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction documents

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Must be willing to work in Heber City, Utah
