What We're Seeking in Our Next Leader:
- 3+ years in automotive service management or as a senior service advisor, with proven track record of increasing sales, CSI scores, and team productivity.
- Strong sales skills, technical knowledge (diagnostics, repairs, maintenance), and ability to motivate a team.
- Experience with shop software (e.g., Tekmetric, or similar), customer relations, and P&L management a plus.
- Valid driver's license, clean record, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
