Schedule: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Job Summary
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team on the 3rd shift. The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating production equipment, monitoring machine performance, performing quality checks, and maintaining a safe and organized work area.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery according to established procedures.
- Set up and adjust machines as needed for production.
- Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Load materials into machines and remove finished products.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and report machine issues to the appropriate supervisor.
- Follow production schedules and meet daily production goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines.
- Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
- Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience is preferred.
- Ability to stand and work for extended periods.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work the 3rd shift, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM.
- Must be dependable and punctual.
