Zen Diamond is a fine jewelry store located in Willowbrook Mall, Wayne, NJ. We carry an exquisite collection of diamond and gold jewelry. We are currently searching for a talented, experienced Diamond & Fine Jewelry Sales Specialist to add to our team. To be successful in this role, you must have previous experience selling engagement rings, diamonds and colored gemstones with an understanding of the current marketplace. Strong sales performance in the past with a customer service mentality in a similar position is preferred. Strong client development and follow-up skills with passion towards jewelry is a plus with engagement and knowledge on all social media platforms. Organized, detail-oriented self-starter with flexibility on working weekends. Ensure presentation of all displays, fixtures and all visual areas are reflective of current visual direction and guidelines. Identify and communicate product concerns in a timely manner. Communicate inventory needs to support the business goal. Participate in inventory processes, regular inventory controls, daily cycle counts, inventory scanning following company safety, security and prevention rules and guidelines.
