Job Details Salary: $40,000 to $70,000 per year Job Type: Full Time Location: Bedford Hills, NY 15522 Position Summary As an Express Lube Technician at Bedford CDJR, you will perform lube, oil, filter, and multipoint services on customer vehicles, ensuring safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You will uphold the dealership’s legal, financial, and ethical standards while contributing to a clean and safe working environment. Primary Duties Perform lube, oil, filter changes, and multi-point vehicle inspections accurately and efficiently. Identify and assess any additional vehicle service needs. Maintain high-quality service standards and report any substandard processes or parts to management. Maintain cleanliness of vehicles during servicing and repairs. Deliver prompt and clear communication to ensure customer satisfaction. Keep the work environment clean, safe, and compliant with OSHA and EPA regulations. Job Requirement:Job Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent is recommended but not required. At least one year of experience as a technician's assistant or apprentice. Valid driver's license with a motor vehicle record (MVR) that meets company policy. Local state inspection license preferred. Physical Requirements Work primarily performed in a shop environment. Exposure to weather conditions, noise, dust, odors, fumes, chemicals, and adhesives. Ability to lift at least 100 pounds. Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers. Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crouch. Vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Ability to safely operate equipment and move vehicles.
