Job DescriptionWe are looking for an EXPERIENCED A-Level Auto Repair / Service Technician, sound like you?

  • A team that wants to help you succeed!
  • A system that works for your level!
  • Family owned! No BS environment! No micromanaging

You’ll have service advisors who know how to sell your inspection, and a team that works with you, not against you.

You are the one that wants to work with others that are at the same professional level as themselves and that can provide high quality repairs on vehicles? We are a team that works together to serve our customers and fix cars right the first time.

We do things a little differently at our shop and want someone who is open to learning processes that have proven to create an environment that is free from chaos and drama.

We know what it's like to feel unappreciated as a great technician. We know how it feels to not have your voice heard and to work with broken or no shop tools. We strive to always show appreciation and be the place EVERYONE wants to work at.

Here is the truth:

  • Our shop is on the aggressive growth, currently serving over 240 cars a month with 4 bays, we can do more.
  • We want to growth with the right people on the team, A player.
  • Pay will vary based on ability and experience, performance pay plan will make you money!
  • Paid training is hard to find in independent shop, we set different!

We fully understand that the person we are looking for likely already has a job. If you are reading this and you do not feel like you are respected, treated fairly, or cared about at your current job, we need to talk.

Shoot me a message, swing by the shop, or just drop your resume.
