<p>Experience you will need:
<ul>
<li>Minimum 3 years estimating light and heavy gauge metal stud framing and drywall</li>
<li>Experience estimating multi-million-dollar commercial projects</li>
<li>Proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff and QuickBid</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of construction materials and specifications</li>
<li>Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook</li>
<li>Excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills</li>
