  • \n

  • Support the family's philanthropic and foundation activities, including tax compliance and governance matters.
  • \n

  • Work with the investment and finance teams on tax considerations involving private equity, alternative investments, real estate, and other complex assets.
  • \n

  • Serve as a trusted resource to senior leadership and family representatives on tax-related issues and opportunities.
  • \n

  • Provide direction and mentorship to accounting and tax professionals while maintaining a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • \n

\n

\n

Qualifications:

\n

    \n
  • CPA required; Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance, or a related field.
  • \n

  • 15+ years of progressively responsible tax experience, including significant work with UHNW individuals, families, partnerships, trusts, and complex entity structures.
  • \n

  • Experience in a family office, private wealth environment, private bank, or major accounting/advisory firm strongly preferred.
  • \n

  • Strong technical foundation in partnership taxation, individual taxation, trusts and estates, and multi-entity tax matters.
  • \n

  • Experience working on sophisticated transactions and tax planning initiatives.
  • \n

  • Ability to work effectively with principals, senior executives, attorneys, investment professionals, and outside advisors.
  • \n

  • Excellent judgment, discretion, communication skills, and attention to detail.
  • \n

  • Comfortable working in a hands-on environment where the role extends beyond tax compliance into planning, analysis, and transaction support.
  • \n

\n

\n

Compensation: $350K–$375K all-in compensation, along with a strong benefits package and additional company-sponsored benefits.
